Carolyn earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2019, following her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology and Sociology from Queen’s University. She has provided rehabilitation services across diverse settings, including community programs, hospitals, private clinics, and rehabilitation centers. Carolyn has extensive experience supporting clients with mental health challenges, traumatic brain injury, chronic pain, ADHD and orthopedic injuries.
Carolyn specializes in concussion recovery, mental health, ADHD coaching, return-to-work planning, cognitive rehabilitation, and persistent pain management. She has completed advanced training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
